If you are working with us on a monthly basis, you must use your dedicated hours within the month, any unused hours will unfortunately be lost. You cannot roll them over into the new month. We encourage you to plan your time with your GO team wisely and maximise efficiency.

Yes of course, if you are using the ‘Pre-Paid’ option, you will only pay for the hours that you use.  You can stop at any time.
 
If you are working with us monthly, you will need to give us 30 days’ notice from the end of the month.

No, the prices shown on the website do not include VAT.  Please make sure you allow for VAT at the current rate on top of these prices.

Typical response times are:

• Within 1 business day for standard requests

• Larger or more complex tasks may require additional time. We’ll always keep you informed on timings and expected delivery.

If you are using an ongoing service, yes of course we will do our best to keep a dedicated GO team member with you. This allows you to build trust and gives your GO team the opportunity to understand how you like to do things.

If required, we can put another GO team member in place to ensure you have consistent cover.

If you are using our Pre-Paid Support Blocks, we will submit regular timesheets through our GO Get Organised portal so you can clearly see where your hours are being used and how many you have remaining.

If you are on one of our monthly support packages, we’ll keep an eye on your allocated hours and let you know if you’re getting close to your monthly allowance. At that point, you can choose whether to purchase additional hours or hold work until the following month, depending on your priorities and budget.

Monthly packages offer the most cost-effective hourly rate and are designed to provide ongoing, consistent support. As your hours are allocated each month, any unused hours do not roll over and will be lost at the end of the month – so make sure you use them!

For our monthly support packages and selected bolt-on services, invoices are issued monthly and are payable within 7 days.

Pre-Paid Support Blocks must be purchased in advance before work begins. Once purchased, your hours are valid for 8 weeks and can be used at any time during that period.

If you’re unsure which option is right for your business, we’re always happy to talk through the most cost-effective solution for your needs.

For our monthly support packages, invoices are issued during the first week of each month. This allows us to ensure all timesheets from the previous month have been submitted and approved before invoicing.

If you are using Pre-Paid Support Blocks, we will invoice you upfront before work begins. Payment terms are 7 days.

For larger projects, such as website builds, we typically invoice 50% upfront to secure the work, with the remaining 50% due upon completion of the project.

Most clients choose to pay via direct debit, as it’s one less thing they have to do. We use Go Cardless to handle our direct debit payments.  Or if you prefer you can pay via BACS.
