  • Website updates and content changes – up to 3 hours per month via Web Developer
  • One 60-minute monthly planning and reporting meeting with your dedicated Virtual Assistant
  • One 45-minute monthly strategy call with your dedicated Marketing Consultant

GO Fully Loaded includes more hands-on social media management and content support, designed to keep your business visible, consistent and moving forward online:

  • Content planning and coordination across 2 platforms
  • 16 social media posts per month – templated, or ideally using your own images and video for us to edit, caption and schedule
  • Light social media engagement on your behalf
  • Campaign planning support
  • Blog and newsletter content creation and uploading
  • Ongoing marketing coordination and scheduling

The following are not included within this package:

  • Full-time social media management

GO Fully Loaded includes half a day (4 hours) of dedicated Marketing Consultancy each month – strategic, practical support focused on where your business needs to go next.

•       WhatsApp or personal messaging for urgent agreed matters only

•       Multiple smaller requests may be grouped together for efficiency

•       Clear instructions and deadlines help us deliver at our best

GO Fully Loaded offers priority-level support compared to our other packages, though it is not an unlimited or instant-response service.

Typical response times:
•       Same business day where possible for urgent operational matters – though this cannot always be guaranteed
•       Within 1 business day for standard requests
•       Larger or more complex tasks may need additional time – we’ll always keep you updated on timings and expected delivery

GO Fully Loaded includes two dedicated monthly calls to keep strategy and delivery tightly aligned:

•       One 60-minute planning and reporting meeting with your dedicated Virtual Assistant
•       One 45-minute strategy call with your dedicated Marketing Consultant

Additional meetings may be charged separately or deducted from support time where appropriate.

Where workload consistently becomes highly reactive, urgent or outside agreed service scope, additional support solutions may be recommended.
