For many years I worked in the theatrical world as an agent for some wonderful actors.   I helped them find work, managed their diaries, negotiated contracts and supported my clients through difficult times and decisions.  I also worked as a PA for several top London agents, where I undertook secretarial duties as well as meeting and dealing with interesting and challenging people – from casting directors to producers.  I gained excellent organisational, communication and administrative skills.

I have also worked as a production manager in a corporate film company and as administrator in a cross-section of professions ranging from a buying and sourcing company to a pharmaceutical company and publishers.

When my children were growing up I ran my own business teaching and demonstrating cookery to adults and children.  This was both exciting and fun.    I learnt many skills including marketing, basic bookkeeping, time management and even ‘appeared’ on local radio as a cookery expert!

Having moved from London to Wiltshire a year or so ago, I enjoy walks in the countryside, growing my own vegetables and finding that work/life balance that was missing in my city life.
