I am a Chartered Member of the CIPD with over 16 years’ HR experience in a variety of sectors including leisure and tourism, NHS, not for profit and professional and legal services. Prior to working as an HR Consultant I was Head of HR for a leading regional law firm where I was responsible for managing the HR team across 5 sites.
Recently I have been working with a range of clients providing a range of professional, tailored HR services for small and medium-sized businesses across the South West region. Projects have included producing up to date contracts of employment, employee handbooks, redundancies, disciplinaries and engagement surveys.
I am passionate about the delivery of HR solutions, ensuring that clients’ HR needs are met in a commercially practical and cost-effective way in line with current legislation, leaving them the time to focus on what they do best. I get to know my clients’ businesses so the advice and support I give it tailored to theirs needs not just for now but also looking to the future.
