As requested by our clients, we have added recruitment to our list of services. We very much enjoy building teams within small businesses and get great reward from watching them grow.

Our low-risk recruitment pricing

We charge just 10% of the first year’s salary (pro rata if it’s a part-time position), with a minimum fee of £750.

The first half is paid on the day that the candidate starts, then after 12 weeks (if all goes well and everyone wishes to continue) we will request the second part of the payment. If that person leaves – simply don’t pay the second half!
