Here at GO Get Organised we specialise in flexible working, and we can use our expertise in this field to help fulfill different recruitment requests.

Perhaps you work irregular or unconventional hours? Many of our candidates are used to working in this way, so we can easily accommodate your requirements, where other recruitment agencies may draw a blank.

Perhaps you need access to a wide range of skills? We can help split roles into job share positions, mixing and matching our candidates’ skills and experience into the best possible combination to fit your needs (eg a marketing manager and office manager job share).

And don’t forget that if you need some extra help as a temporary measure while you’re recruiting for a permanent role, we can also provide flexible pay-as-you-go services including virtual assistants and on-site administration.

Our low-risk recruitment pricing

We charge just 10% of the first year’s salary (pro rata if it’s a part-time position), with a minimum fee of £750.

The first half is paid on the day that the candidate starts, then after 12 weeks (if all goes well and everyone wishes to continue) we will request the second part of the payment. If that person leaves – simply don’t pay the second half!
